We had dinner at eight, but still a lot of customers. Back Kut Keh is very delicious, but the essence is soup. It could be added to unlimited. Totally $18 per pax, reasonable price!
This is where the food differ between branches. The pork belly was alright, it's not particularly tender but it's fatty so it works out overall.
The intestines, though in a light braise as well, is quite different from the original branch a little bit further down the road. It's more textbook, in that it's softer
The braised items are standard, not particularly impressive
This branch is better simply because it's in air con, why wait in the heat w the throngs of tourists when they're so consistent between branches?
Huge ribs, the biggest I've seen in a bit, or maybe ever. No wonder they just give 1 when some places give 2. The meat was decent, but their super thick and peppery soup that's consistent amongst branches is the true MVP here
Good pork. Okay overall.
As expected.
Part of the value lunch set. Very light. If you know me, it won't be what I like. It tasted almost diluted.
