I always knew this place as being famous for selling muffins but who knew that their beancurd tarts are actually pretty tasty as well?! I’m not sure of the price as this was bought by someone else! But I think it should be around $1-$2! Loved the smooth egg custard filling and it has the right sweetness!!!
Both muffins had a dense crumb, wasn’t dry but not a fan of such textures. Banana had slightly gooey banana bits, blueberry filling had whole cooked blueberries. Both were of okay sweetness and no artificial taste! Didn’t particularly enjoy this as I like muffins w slightly more air pockets in the crumb, this is too dense for my liking :/ Got this from the tjpg food centre outlet, I’ve had muffins from SL II hong lim / golden mile that had a nicer texture! Not sure what happened this time.
Love the variety of their muffins esp the chocolate one.
Grab a couple of their egg tarts as well
The egg tart reminds me so much of a beancurd tart where the colours are lighter and the filling is jiggly soft and silky. My jiggly egg tarts came home looking messy after a bumpy ride home 😅 The coconut tart was very fragrant and filled with a generous amount of shredded coconut. Both the coconut and egg tarts come with a nice and thick tart shell that feels like a biscuit and it’s not too sweet.
Aside from coconut and egg tarts, they also have flavoured cheese tarts such as blueberry cheese tart, lemon cheese tart and strawberry cheese tart.

Fresh out from the oven! I like how their muffins are incredibly moist and not overly sweet. It is also priced affordably and comes with a decent amount of toppings. Other than chocolate chips, they have other flavours such as banana walnut, blueberry, cheese, coffee, cranberry orange, oatmeal, raisin and strawberry muffins. Aside from muffins, they also sell cheese, coconut and egg tarts.
I used to indulge in their muffins when they have a branch in Aljuined but they decided to move and I know I have to order them whenever I'm around Chinatown. Missing their muffins so much!

This might actually be my favourite tart from here. The lemon taste is so in your face, but balanced just right. I'm by no means a citrus lover normally, but was won over by this tart. Moreover, the filling had a mild but pleasing cheese taste, along with a souffle like texture, but just thick enough to go with the crust. Gorgeous stuff
