Rose flavoured panna cotta, topped with lychee popping boba and dried rose petals 》$8.50
The panna cotta is creamy, smooth and lightly flavoured with rose. It is also not too sweet, making it a light dessert with sweetness bursting out from those lychee boba. Best to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
The dark and praline chocolate tart was incredibly rich and thick with a crumbly and firm cookie-like tart base. Accompanied by tangy raspberry sorbet that helps to balance out the richness of the chocolate. Special thanks for decorating the plate for a birthday sweet treat 😍

The Portuguese egg tarts here are almost similar to a Crème brûlée, with a caramelised top burnt to perfection and a creamy centre. The sides have over 20 fluffy layers of crust, which yields a satisfying crunch with every bite and enough to have you wanting more of these tarts. The egg custard filling is melt-in-your-mouth soft where we simply can’t stop at just one.
The small egg tarts come in a box of 12, perfect for sharing among family and friends or get the normal-sized tarts that come in a box of 6.

Their apple pie did not turn out as good as the other pasties that I have tried. The pie was hollow under the skin and missing apple bits that are usually found in apple pie. I would suggest giving this a miss to explore others 》$2 (Buy 4 Free 1)
These bean curd tarts have been my favourite for years. The tart has a firm and crumbly shell filled with lightly sweeten jiggly and smooth beancurd in the centre. It needs to be refrigerated which makes it a light, cool and refreshing snack at any time of the day 》$10 / 8 Pcs Box
LE Cafe was the first to come up with round pineapple tarts. The size of each golf ball tart is generally much bigger than others, filled with moist pineapple filling encased in buttery and crumbly pastry. The ratio of filling to crust was good and they were very generous with the amount of pineapple filling that goes into each tart 》$13.50 / 10 Pcs Box
Neither the worst nor the best but cheap and average tasting HK pastries located in a food centre. The egg tart was flaky but missing the butter fragrance and taste while the custard was slightly sweet with a smooth texture. The honey roasted char siew pastry was quite ordinary with nothing much to complain about.

There are two styles of egg tarts available here - one with pastry skin and the other with cookie skin. Both are filled with the same custard made with eggs and butter. The pastry skin was sold out and made do with their cookie skin which was firm with a nice buttery fragrance. The custard was not as good as expected.
The bolo bao has a nice crisp with some sweetness on the exterior but I find the inside a little dry for my liking. I got mine with luncheon meat to add some flavour to it. Other options such as kaya or butter are also available.
Pineapple Bun (Kam Kee) Luncheon Meat 》$2.80
Egg Tart (Hoover) Cookie Skin 》$2.30
Served warm, this tart is generously made with lots of pears and butter with lots of fruity flavours and nutty crumbly texture. Paired well with the champagne vanilla ice cream. A perfect dessert to complete the meal 😍 (U.P. $13)
Thanks to Burrple Beyond, we get to enjoy 3-Course Set for 2 Pax at just $78++ ✌️
The thick and chewy mochi layer is made from sweet potato, filled with a generous amount of creamy yam paste then coated with peanut on the outside. Unlike those peanut mochis we get from outside, the peanut here does not come with sugar. It gives a nice and strong nutty fragrance. If you love orh nee, you would definitely love the filling in this mochi (the same filling used for the orh nee tarts) that is pleasantly fragrant and subtly sweet.
These cheese tarts have got to be one of the best and most affordable ones in the market. The buttery crust just crumbles after a bite and the core just melts in your mouth without being too cheesy and heavy. I would just have to give those Japanese cheese tart a miss and go for this at just 1/3 the price.
Orh nee tart has the same buttery and crumbly crust with yam filling and ginkgo nuts. The yam paste was fragrant, thick and subtly sweet. Simple yet nostalgic.
It was so popular that we had to place our order in advance before heading over for collection. All three of the items shown are priced at $1.20 each.
A beautiful pastry base tart filled with lemon curd and topped with meringue. It has a good ratio of crust to lemon curd and Italian meringue. The filling was beautifully creamy, not too sweet, not too tart 》$7
Buttery and crumbly spent grain crust with the rich stout-infused ganache filling and a scoop of light and refreshing beer ice cream. The first time I had this was over a birthday meal and I'm glad to see this appearing on their set menu with a smaller portion.
This was the dessert from their 3 Course Executive Lunch Set which comprises a raw bar plated buffet appetizer selection, choice of main course and dessert 》$55

I'm in a relationship with food. Why can't we just declare our never ending love and vows towards some food item? I'm sure that would not result in divorces.
