I have recently visited @ , (check out my IG story for the view - sky bistro tab) a true hidden gem, in the east of Singapore, suitable for any occasion but this round I would share with you on their Christmas 🎄 Feast that is so damn worth it first!!!

These are what we were treated to:
Surf & Turf Feast (for 4 pax) - in my context is more than enough for 5 of us, great for family gathers: $139.90 NETT for NSRCC member (plus another 10% service charge for non members)

🥩Roast Beef – Classic style whole cut beef roasted in gravy & root vegetables is my take here, roasted to my preferred doneness, sinewy and well-seasoned, totally my kind of meat...
🍖Festive Ham – Whole ham (800g) glazed with maple syrup & festooned with cloves, I can’t help it but I just wanna use slice of this sear with eggs, sandwich is garlic spread toast for the ultimate experience 😍😍😍
🍤Mediterranean Grilled Prawns – Prawns stuffed with Mediterranean fillings & topped with cheese
🦪Oysters – Fresh oysters served on ice
