Have been eating this since 2012! When we will trudge down from Hong Leong building all the way down to the other end of circular road just for this! Now that my office is nearer to the other end of circular road, I tend to dine here less often. Also, the prices have increased over the years! Think it used to be $6.20 or so? Now it is $7.50 for this standard order of mine - quail eggs, begedil and grilled chicken. Not forgetting the $6 tahu telor for sharing! Love the crispy parts!

Extremely popular Nasi Padang spot. Didn’t disappoint. 👍🏻 #howtonotbefat #burpple #sinarpagi

When it comes to unpretentious food I indulge in, it isn't the Chinese cuisine that top the list. And every now and then, I like to tuck into a good plate of Nasi Padang. Sambal Goreng is always a "die die must order" dish for me.
A malay friend brought me here, saying this place serves the best nasi padang in Singapore. I also saw that it's awarded six chopsticks by makansutra.

It's indeed really good. Dishes were generally of the right strength, coconut milky and creamy. Rice was soft and fragrant as well. But the shocker was the bill of $41.50 for the two of us, at a coffeeshop.

It's good and I don't mind coming coming again. But I'll probably order just a few dishes on a plate of rice so that the price is more manageable.
Thumb up for the food but expensive! Nasi Padang with Ice Lemon Tea = $9++. But dont mind the price as long as the food is perfectly delicious!
Really delicious Nasi Padang! The sambal quail eggs were especially good and the bbq chicken had a nice charred taste to it. Service is a little slow though, and this was on the pricey side ($9 for the four dishes with rice)
