Now they launch three new flavours for its Fried Chicken Cutlet Rice- Original, Mala and Curry.
Crunchy skin with juicy chicken meat, served with the fragrant Hainanese chicken rice ball and in-house chilli sauce,
Beside the three new flavour, they also launch Hainanese Herbal Mutton Soup.
The soup is flavourful with a hint of herbal, served with chunks of mutton meat (not gamey), dried black fungus, beancurd and dried beancurd.
Little boss fav will be bite sized Chicken Rice Ball. It’s very crispy ( all the food I re heat using air fryer)
Meanwhile the Fish Head Curry quite lemak and roasted chicken tender n juicy.

Randomly tried this. The chicken was not bad. Good enough breast meat. The sides were terrible though. The fried tau kwa was tasteless and the greens were bitter. I loved the green ginger sauce. The chilli damn spicy, we barely touched the surface.

Another reason for me to come here was recently they introduced this interesting fried chicken rice ball.

Deep-fried to create this crunchy outer layer, while inside the rice remain moist and flavourful.

And it is pretty cheap for only $2.50 for 3 pieces.

Along the street beside Raffles Hotel, there’s this chicken rice specialty restaurant here; which is also serving some other tze char dishes.

But of course their chicken rice still being the spotlight here. Gotten their Hainanese chicken rice and it was smooth, though it wasn’t too extraordinary as compared to others.

Go for the individual set meal, which come with a side dish.

Tabao version for this period.
Consistently fragrant fluffy rice with signature roasted chicken.
Not bad at all.

Most basic single plate of roast chicken rice $4.50. Rice was slightly salty but the thick cuts of chicken meat was juicy and tender. Goes well with chilli and ginger sauce. Superb!
