Indeed 1 of the best Roasted Chicken I ever had. The Chicken was well marinated and Roasted with some herbs.

Meat was tender and moist. But their Roasted skin us too damn good.

The steam Chicken here is quite good.

Chicken is tender. And the sauce was rather good. Can try.

But their roasted chicken here is the star, one of the best roasted chicken I ever had.

Started as stall in a coffee shop. Recently they moved out and open their own space at Bishan.

Their steamed chicken rice is definitely soft and juicy, with great texture. Help yourself with the compliment soup as well.

Sin Ming Road Chicken Rice opened to much fanfare in a standalone eatery in Bishan late last year.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their poached chicken rice. The chicken meat was tender, juicy and succulent, and the rice was fluffy, flagrant and flavourful without being too oily. The chicken rice chilli packs a nice spicy punch too. At $4.50 per plate, I thought it was reasonably price though portions were slightly underwhelming.

They also served a selection of brewed soups with their chicken rice. We had their pork ribs and winter melon soup which was very tasty and refreshing.

I really enjoyed their chicken rice and will definitely be back for more!

Soft, jelly-ish tender chicken was the signature, and we can't find any faults with it! Perfect for sharing with family.
