No idea why but they seem to have removed the packaging. But overall still good quality!

Today I made my way downtown and had lunch at Saybon. Perfect spot for a light, healthy and quick lunch break if you work in the area. By quick I mean I was literally in and out in 15 min lol.
The eggs of the Nordic Set (S$10) were scrambled to perfect fluffiness, loved them on top of the garlicky butter bread and accompanied with the lightly cured smoked salmon.
This was so small I felt like all I got was probably 1/3 of the original portion. But the taste was decent.
I'm missing this dessert as I'm typing this. It's loaded with golden raisins that was soaked in Myer's Rum for 18 years, but what bought me over was those toasted slivers of almond on torched crepes and bananas that gave this dessert its smoky caramelized flavours. It's then lightly drizzled with more rum and served with vanilla ice cream.

Prepared by Le Cordon Bleu trained chef but served at affordable prices. Saybons serves comfort French food in a fast food setting, but manages to maintain its standards.

Six juicy escargots were served piping hot in a bubbling casserole of 3 cheeses - blue, gruyere and gouda. Buttery and cheesy, even better when the toast it came with was light and crispy.
