Tldr - order the classic crab-broth ramen instead to avoid disappointment.
Unsatisfying. This βfusionβ between crab-broth ramen and Singaporean-style fried omelet did not gel well. The flavour was flat and the omelet became overly soggy.
Chanced upon this restaurant when the queue for the restaurant we wanted to try was ridiculously long and quite enjoyed this!
The portions are generous with this huge bowl of Spicy Crab Broth Ramen with Flavoured Egg, which comes with a hanjuku egg, a few slices of char siew, the spicy chili paste, and I added a giant piece of seaweed. The first thing I tried was the broth and boy was it rich! I could really taste the crab in the broth but it surprisingly didnβt have that seafood undertone, it was just rich crab broth. We were also served some sides to snack on while waiting and I really liked the bean sprouts, which we got seconds of.
Overall, this meal is on the heavier side as the rich broth can be quite filling as well as all that ramen but Iβm glad we got to try this restaurant because a crab broth ramen is quite unique and not something Iβve tried before.
The broth was not very thick but tasted rich and full of crab. I do prefer the lobster broth one though as that is thicker. Comes with runny yolk egg and very thinly sliced pork char siew.

First time eating ramen with a piece of fried egg on top and wow the fried egg is fluffy and tasted lightly of crab. Very unique taste.

For the price, these gyozas are juicy and pan fried perfectly!

I thought crab ramen would be clear and watery but the broth here was so thick and creamy -- I wouldn't expect any less of Keisuke! π I'm usually not a fan of seafood but I loved the richness of tonkotsu but married with the playful flavours of kani. That said, the crab flavour was strong but wasn't overwhelmingly fishy.
Crab tsukemen ($13.90) π¦ 9/10
The difference between this and ramen are that the dipping noodles are thicker than the ramen noodles, and the broth comes much thicker and tastier.
On a side note, I usually like my flavours strong but found this a little salty. Make sure to opt for "less taste" on the order chit if you prefer a little less salt in your food!
