Unsatisfying. This βfusionβ between crab-broth ramen and Singaporean-style fried omelet did not gel well. The flavour was flat and the omelet became overly soggy.
First time eating ramen with a piece of fried egg on top and wow the fried egg is fluffy and tasted lightly of crab. Very unique taste.

The rich broth's strong seafood flavour tantalizes the savoury tongue. Simmered from flower crabs, chicken bones, special herbs and vegetables for over 8 hours, the thick soup melds into the omelette which has just enough bite. It's as if you're having a π¦ omelette that adds a richer, fuller flavour with an almost-creamy texture. Shared with the boy, the addition of the free flow eggs and beansprouts made dinner just the right size.

Returned for this fluffy egg ramen! Diced char siew, bamboo shoots, leeks, carrots and crab sticks blended well with the Sofy fluffy egg. The Broth was "shiokkk". Rich crab broth was not heavy tasting and I could slurp till the very last drop at ease! Don't forget the signature marinated sprouts that are free flow! Ate 3 heaping bowlful that we requested for refill. π Happy 2017 everyone! π

Had the Kani Tama Ramen, which essentially comes with a "Japanese" style omelette laid atop savoury crab broth ramen. Broth is on the salty side so 'strong' broth is definitely not recommended (give your kidneys a break please). The servings are substantial and price wise, still quite reasonable. Give it a try if you'd like some really savoury (and salty) ramen.
