First time eating milk pan
Bread is super soft with a texture akin to their wassant. Milk custard taste just like cream cheese but with the consistency of custard (lighter) instead of cream cheese (heavier) obviously.
If you like their wassant, you should try this. Just imagine wassant filled with cream cheese custard.

The red beans are chunky and are delicious (not too sweet). The bread was fluffy, but the matcha taste was so subtle that I couldn’t tell it was matcha if it wasn’t green. But this was really nice and light, would repurchase!
The roll was a little tougher than I liked, but it still had a nice crisp bottom with a decent butter + salt flavour.
The cheese pao was chewy, but it had this weird funky taste that I didn’t like at all.
