We ordered set A (Lobster Salad, Pan-fried Foie Gras in Cantonese Style and Deep-fried Bean Skin Roll with Prawn & Seaweed) and set B (Lobster Salad, it comes with their Chilled Abalone with Plum Sauce, plated with the Fried Crispy Egg Plant with Pork Floss). Great taste though lobster portion is very little. The surprise item is the fried crispy egg plant which I thought it's french fries!

Peach Garden is a great airport dining place because the prices aren’t inflated and the food is good! 😬 This braised homemade beancurd with fresh crab meat and spinach was so tasty!! The spinach is cooked well and the tofu was soft inside. I also liked the starchy sauce, with bits of crab and egg white.

Super crisp skin and smoky juicy meat. No sauce required really, but that awesome duck jus is just... Awesome.
