Grilled at 400 degrees Celsius with melted mozzarella, aged parmesan cheese, creamy French butter, salt and pepper.
The recent launched 65th anniversary menu brings diners down a nostalgic memory lane with a line up of beloved traditional dishes from the yesteryears. To start off, diners can savor the iconic Singapore Rojak ($12) starter that has shaved pineapple, cucumber, turnip, mango, beansprouts, tau pok and youtiao mixed in an umami shrimp paste rojak sauce before topping it with century egg. To complement the rojak, there is the Fried Kang Kong with Cuttlefish ($18/$28), a chilled appetizer of blanched cuttlefish and fresh kang kong mixed with a sweet and spicy sauce.
One of the highlights of the evening was the comforting dish of King Prawn Soup ($14) that is made with the restaurant’s award-winning Coco Lobo’s milky superior chicken stock served with vermicelli and tiger prawn. A returning favourite, the Deep Fried ‘Golden Phoenix’ with Spicy Sauce ($48, 800g) pays homage to the sweet & sour fish, served interestingly with a side of papadum. Other noteworthy dishes that go so well with rice is the Stir-Fried Mussels in Soy Bean Sauce and Sambal Chilli ($16/$32) and Oyster Sauce Chicken ($24).
You cannot go to @palmbeachsg without ordering one of their crab creations, and one of them include the Crab Ala Singapura (market price), the crab is charcoal grilled with melted mozzarella, aged parmesan cheese, creamy French butter, salt and pepper. The savouriness from the cheese crust with the sweetness from the crab meat goes so well with each other. If you are at the restaurant for lunch, there is the lunch-exclusive pao fan of Yuan-Yang Seabass Crackling Rice Soup ($16.80, priced affordably and with a generous portion of crispy and sliced fish in a seafood broth. To complete your meal there is the deconstructed Bubur Cha Cha ($6) which had moulded sweet potato and yam, topped with coconut ice cream and gula melaka sauce.

Can't describe how this dish made me feel on details. You've gotta try it for yourself to know how amazing this dish is. First mouth and you'll kill your diet by cleaning the entire bowl out 🤭
Part of the set meal - there was NO tummy ache after, it was fresh and good... but I still prefer Long Beach King...
