Set A comprises of 1 small bowl of BKT, Youtiao, Tauhuay and 1 rice.

The meat had this strong pork smell which i didn’t like. But soup was peppery enough. Taukee didn’t have much taste to it.

ordered the normal bkt and the dry version. how has this fallen. last time the cuts were all the swee swee ones. now all mixed with bad cuts. just disappointing. i still like the soup though.

you tiao on this day was not freshly fried so they were kind of nua. the dry bak kut teh was still as good as i remembered. mildly sweet and spicy. should be jumping ship to song fa for better cuts of the pork ribs in a more consistent fashion.
