Olive oil-based gelato infused with rosemary and topped with a dash of sea salt

The fig could have been stronger but otherwise it's v good, the mascarpone was the real stuff, u can taste the creaminess and the depth of flavour

This place is worth a try, despite it being a little hard to find

Saint agur blue cheese.

This is proper blue cheese, the main flavour is the funk, it's not overpowering, and someone who has blue cheese a few times would be more than able to stomach it. And it's a good execution, if you're into it

But if you never had blue cheese in your life, best to avoid this

Along Eeskine Road, you find yourself an adorable NOM concept with bright colours that entice you to take a step into this gelato shop. They have a myriad of unique flavours from blue cheese with walnut to whisky with bacon bits. I requested for the blue cheese sampling and fell in love immediately. The tinge of blue cheese paired with walnut (perfect pairing) and the generous huge scoop of it is worth my every calorie and bucks.

Expected Damage: $5/scoop (cheaper if double)

Decent ice cream find in a secluded corner near Ann Siang Hill. Nom Gelato has brilliant and cheery aesthetics that can instantly brighten up your day with their bright yellowish tones. Sadly, they do not seem to have seating areas. Both ice cream flavours were pretty pleasant, although the textures of the ice cream here were on the softer and easier to melt side. The cold brew coffee had a good strong coffee flavour, albeit on the sweeter side. The whiskey and bacon brittle was a more interesting flavour, though I felt like the bacon and whiskey flavours were a tad bit disjointed. I appreciated how I could really taste nodes of the whiskey in a creamy scoop of ice cream, but could not make much out of the bacon brittle. It did give a bit of saltish and savoury crunch to it, but it did not blend well with what seemed to be a scoop of whiskey vanilla ice cream. Nonetheless, I did find it an interesting try.

Located at the street beside Maxwell Food Centre, you could find this attracting gelato shop with vibrant colour and interior design.

A single scoop from $5 onwards, they have a few interesting flavours such as this pandan with gula aren. The flavour is creamy and very sweet to me.
