Went to BITP last week and ordered an array of dishes from Wagyu Beef, Vegetables, Meatballs, Dumpling and more. Soup base ordered was Collagen, Drunken Chicken, Tomato and Spicy Pork Bone!😇 Spent about $330/5 pax after gst and svc charge (but had dabao-ed some back as we had quite a lot of food leftover)😅
Overall ratings 9/10!! Huge BITP fan as I love all 4 soups and high quality food😁 Service was good and I love Jewel vibes. Price is definitely a little steep but splurging for a good family occasion is worth it in my opinion🤣 Would definitely visit again!
Wanted to have a bite before boarding my flight at 10pm as other food places were closed or closing soon.
Was placed on wait list for a table of 6 pax. Explained to staff Teck Wai (I think he is the manager there) about my situation in hope to have a quick meal to fill my stomach before boarding. He explained as there weren’t limit on seating timing and that the bigger tables which could accommodate 6 pax were still occupied as the guests were still chatting after their meal. A small table of 4 pax left and I requested if possible to seat us at that table, that we’re okay to squeeze and will not take too long to dine. He was empathic and helpful, even though the section was closed, he sat us down.
Food wise, standards as good as usual. Love their coconut both, refreshing and hydrating. Specific dishes which I would usually order at beauty in the pot: beancurd roll (Ling Ling rolls), meatballs with soft bones, the prawn and meat pastes, prawn dumplings. The Celtus and Chinese yam were good too, 2 mins in the boiling broth for the crunchy texture. When cooked too long, the Chinese yam tends to turn powdery and dissolve in the broth. Tried the seaweed which was new on the menu, cooked tad too long and the seaweed dissolved into the broth (oops)! Love the complimentary Yuzu shaved ice served at the end of the meal.
Additionally, 20% off food items after 10pm.
Excellent food and service, will be back for sure. Thanks Teck Wai for the great service!
Splendid meal. Nice crunch on outside, tender soft inside.
Lor Bak with a twist
.
A slow braised pork belly and capellini cooked in Tiger Street Lab’s signature braised sauce, topped with marinated soft boiled egg and crispy “tau pok”
.
Laksa with a twist
.
Spaghetti stir fried in rich coconut laksa sauce, sprouts, boiled egg, fish cake and dried beancurd

This was first released as a seasonal beer at the launch of Tiger Street Lab, and subsequently made available through retail to commemorate Singapore's 55th National Day (August 2020).
.
Inspired by Singapore’s national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim, this full-flavoured black lager is infused with orchids.
.
The result is a subtle floral note with a hint of citrus, complementing the malty sweet bitter grainy flavours within.
.
The eye-catching package (of the beer can) is designed by local artist and illustrator, Tiffany Lovage, who strove to blend elements of the orchid-infused beer with the lushness of the city.

The base of crisp toasted flatbread with gooey mozzarella cheese has a light bready sweet savoury smoky cheesy salty flavour, and holds up the ingredients firmly, yielding only with a light crunch.
.
The toppings of bouncy succulent fresh deshelled shrimp, gooey parmesan cheese, juicy crunchy salsa (diced mangos, red onions, tomatoes), and creamy guacamole, combine in a medley of fruity vegetal sweet sour cheesy salty savoury.
.
A beautiful and appetizing burst of flavour on the palate. So addictive.

This is a fusion satay dish created in collaboration with Makko Teck Neo, a Peranakan restaurant reowned for their traditional and bold-tasting dishes.
.
Here, the humble satay is upsized, with large chunky marinated chicken skewers, grilled perfectly.
.
It's tender with a good moist bite to texture, carrying a smoky appetizing aroma, while the marinade lends bold savoury sweet salty spice flavour to the chicken skewers.
.
Instead of satay sauce however, they've replaced it with a rich thick chicken rendang gravy instead, punchy with its spice savoury nutty earthy flavour.
.
Served with crunchy juicy cucumbers and crisp red onions, both lending sharp vegetal sweet flavour.

The resembles the classic pepperoni pizza.

The base of crisp toasted flatbread with gooey mozzarella cheese has a light bready sweet savoury smoky cheesy salty flavour, and holds up the ingredients firmly, yielding only with a light crunch.
.
The toppings of tender button mushrooms and chewy beef pepperoni lend bold meaty salty savoury vegetal earthy flavour.
.
Satisfying comfort dish, though I wish they were more generous with the button mushrooms.

This is a 4.6% ABV (Alcohol By Volume) crystal cold filtered lager, brewed by the Heineken N.V. Group in Singapore, using all natural ingredients for the ultimate refreshment.
.
The Tiger Beer Crystal pours a pale straw gold colour with little carbonation, and aromas of lime, wheat, apricot, and tangerine.
.
The body is smooth, light, and crisp, with tastes of green apples, scones, scrambled egg omelette, and corn.
.
Has a bright fruity bready sweet flavour with no bitterness on the finish, gentle and nicely refreshing.
