Chilli Crab pasta tasted al dente and was generously filled with jumbo pieces of crab meat. Was glad that they offered half portion of the pasta so you can try more varieties of food. The portion of the Cheese Crust grilled steak sandwich was generous and came with slices of juicy ribeye steak.

Al dente pasta with chi by crab meat in chilli crab sauce . Above average but lacking that โ€œ chilli crab โ€œ flavour .

Have only been here few times, the food is always good and good for value.

Burrata to stop me from fainting and half portion of alio e olio.

Sweet potato chips came for free because there was a delay on the bone marrow.

Buttermilk Scone ($2.60+)
Scones made with buttermilk and sour cream. Served with homemade wild blueberry compote and fresh whipped cream. Recalled that the fresh whipped cream was really light and a must-have when pairing with the scones! Overall not too bad in my memory from months ago ๐Ÿ˜†.

Overall Rating: 7.5/10

Brioche Donuts ($14+ / box of 4)

Enjoyed their Kaya donut as well, which was pretty fragrant. Only qualm is there's a little too much icing sugar coating the donuts.

Brioche Donuts ($14+ / box of 4)
Mixed flavour includes 2 kaya and 2 chocolate cream donuts.

Texture of donut was not too bad - quite soft and fluffy, although kinda oily! Chocolate cream was surprisingly pretty light, and it was slightly bittersweet in flavour, so q enjoyable!

Find this delightful cafe located along Bukit Timah Road for delicious pasta and grain bowls. Spice lovers, dig into the al dente Asian-Spiced Seafood Pasta ($19) with just the right amount of heat and fresh seafood like prawns and squid. Also good is the Pork Belly Miso ($16) โ€“ picure tender braised pork belly with a well-balanced fat-to-meat ratio alongside crunchy dry ramen crisps, miso cream, nori and an onsen egg.

Nice salad with unique toasted buckwheat as topping instead of the usual toasted nuts. Love the chimmichuri dressing but the chicken was not amazing.

Donut question my love for these lovely baked buns ๐Ÿฉ

These stuffed brioche donuts from Nassim Hill Bakery comes with 2 simple flavours - chocolate or Kaya. The former fills the bins with luscious thick dark chocolate which isn't too sweet to the palate that even the older folks approved of it. The latter is filled with a coconut-y sweet pandan jam that reminds you of the good old days. Each bun has just the right amount of filling to dough ratio, allowing you to get a little of filling with every bite.

A box of 4 is affordably priced at $14, which means each pop is only at $3.50! Super duper worth it! They're available for delivery or self-pick up! What I did was pre-order it the day before, then pop by for a nice brunch before collecting the sweet treats ๐Ÿ˜Œ

A soft, custardy centre thatโ€™s tender and moist, but not so dense it congeals together to look like a kueh without any crumb or bubbles. Top that off with a delicate caramelised crust that boasts a decisive crunch, and youโ€™ve got a winner on your hands. Iโ€™ve had @nassimhillbakeryโ€™s canelรฉs a couple of times now, and Iโ€™d confidently say theyโ€™ve never disappointed. I wonโ€™t promise the best canelรฉs ever (tbh Iโ€™ve forgotten how exactly the ones in France Iโ€™ve had before were), but Iโ€™d say this ticks all the boxes in terms of technical execution and flavour.

With both an alfresco rooftop area and an indoor air-conditioned space, you can enjoy your brunch at your desired spot while admiring the lush greenery and surrounding.

If you have been to Nassim Hill previously, you will probably know that they serve quality mains, artisanal bakes and delightful desserts. During the media tasting, we were treated to a spread of food that includes the Brussels Sprouts ($10) which were done so well that there is just a slight hint of the bitterness, while the sesame seeds and sea salt helped to balance the flavours, and Skillet Eggs ($21) that pays homage to the shakshouka with two sunny side-up eggs in a red pepper harissa ragout cooked with huge cuts of Spanish chorizo sausages, served with slices of baguette.

The other two dishes that were equally delicious were the Truffle Portobello Panini ($19) as the earthy mushrooms complemented well with the truffle paste and oil and the Cheddar Cheese Bacon Waffles ($20), which were so addictive that I almost finished the entire plate by myself. To counter the heaviness of the dish and to not make diners feel surfeited, a side of chive sour cream is served with it. The recent trended stuff donuts are also on display here as Nassim Hill has the Brioche Donut ($3.55) in both kaya or chocolate filling, the former was preferred for its texture and subtle sweetness.

Ordered this items online.

Brioche donuts ($15). Contains 4 donuts. Two Kaya and two Valrhora Chocolate Cream. Donuts were good. They were fluffy and the coated of the sugar just elevates it. What could be better than deep fried dough coated with sugar? For the Kaya filling it was a little on the sweet side. It was fragrant and there's this slight egg-iness. But the sweet Kaya and sweet donut just made the donut a little too sweet. For the chocolate filling, it went well with the donut. The chocolate wasn't sweet and paired well with the sweet fluffy donut.

Cranberry Walnut Sourdough ($3.50). The sourdough was slightly sour and I like how there were lots of walnuts and sweet cranberry in the bread. Texture-wise the bread was quite chewy with added crunch from the walnuts and additional moisture from the cranberry.

Canelรฉ ($3.80). A French pastry with a caramelized exterior and a moist, custard-y interior. I like how it was fragrant and how the outside had a slight crunch while the inside were slightly something like a Kueh texture.

Overall I really enjoyed the fluffy brioche donuts with it's generous fillings.

Their sour dough and pumpkin soup is really good ! Crab pasta is normal. The cafe is too noisy that I wonโ€™t be returning anytime soon..

Steak with 2 sunny side-ups, with house-made entrecรดte sauce. I got medium but I thought it was slightly tough. I should have opted for medium rare. I found the portion very sufficient, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find that the egg yolks were so runny!

The ambience of the bistro was lovely too - quiet and romantic for a date and cosy enough for intimate gatherings with close friends.
