Finding which are worth getting

A friend of mine brought me to try the bread here.

I got the MARBLE PRETZEL($2.90) which is a crispy puff pastry coated with white chocolate & topped with almond slices. It was good. Crispy, flaky and not too overly sweet.

KOUIGN-AMANN($2.60) a round crispy pastry with rich buttery taste. It wasn't as crispy and flaky as I wanted it to be.

PEANUT SHIO BUTTER PAN($2.20). Savoury soft bun with a crispy exterior filled with peanut butter paste. My first time trying it and it was like a dense and chewy bread which I don't really like.

Overall my favourite was the marble pretzel which leaned more towards a puff pastry than an actual pretzel.

Came here during dinner time and most bread was sold out. Managed to get the Mentaiko France as they were refiling them.

It's basically a baguette filled with Mentaiko. I ate mine the next day after heating it up in the air fryer. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was also surprised that the inside had Mentaiko as well. I really like Mentaiko but I wished they balanced the salty Mentaiko with something sweet like mayo as the bread was a little on the salty side for me.

One thing I liked was the attitude of each staff member. They were very friendly and always smiling.

They had a promotion on their fun box (10 pcs churros and 3 dips/ toppings of your choice) from 12pm-2pm for $5.

The churros were freshly fried upon order. Crispy on the outside and most on the inside. Really nice.

For their dips/ toppings they have 15 options to choose from. We went with Salted Caramel, Maple Syrup and Butterscotch.

Salted caramel had a weird taste and sadly wasn't salty enough. Maple syrup was ok, nothing can go wrong with plain maple syrup. Butterscotch was ok I guess. Buttery and sweet and slightly better than the salted caramel. Honestly didn't like any of the dips. Maybe I should have went with milk chocolate.

Overall really good churros but dips were so so. I guess you really have to choose wisely.

Ordered this items online.

Brioche donuts ($15). Contains 4 donuts. Two Kaya and two Valrhora Chocolate Cream. Donuts were good. They were fluffy and the coated of the sugar just elevates it. What could be better than deep fried dough coated with sugar? For the Kaya filling it was a little on the sweet side. It was fragrant and there's this slight egg-iness. But the sweet Kaya and sweet donut just made the donut a little too sweet. For the chocolate filling, it went well with the donut. The chocolate wasn't sweet and paired well with the sweet fluffy donut.

Cranberry Walnut Sourdough ($3.50). The sourdough was slightly sour and I like how there were lots of walnuts and sweet cranberry in the bread. Texture-wise the bread was quite chewy with added crunch from the walnuts and additional moisture from the cranberry.

Canelé ($3.80). A French pastry with a caramelized exterior and a moist, custard-y interior. I like how it was fragrant and how the outside had a slight crunch while the inside were slightly something like a Kueh texture.

Overall I really enjoyed the fluffy brioche donuts with it's generous fillings.
