Savoury and umami, the ๐ซ๐ข ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ผ๐ฝ ๐๐ด๐ด ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ ($8.50) was a revelation. The tender pork chop couldโve been more crispy, but was still good.
The sambal deserves special mention. Savoury, spicy and containing crispy dried shrimps, it elevated the fried rice to another level. A very good alternative to DTF fried rice!
I have been wanting to try Mr Egg Fried Rice for the longest time and I finally made the trip. Offering four variations of egg fried rice with a choice of five toppings, it promises a great degree of customisation.
We were delighted with the sour, spicy profile of the The crunchy prawns were very tasty too.
With prices starting from $4.50, enjoy a plate of fried rice (comes in original, tobiko, tom yum and XO flavours). The chef behind this cozy hawker stall used to work in esteemed establishments such as Hua Ting Restaurant in Orchard Hotel and Golden Peony in Centennial Hotel ๐จ

Donโt miss out on their tom yum fried rice! The addictive sour-spicy rendition turned out to be our favourite ๐ฅ Pork chop is well-marinated and tender ๐
Personally, I would get the tom yum fried rice when I revisit or even try the XO scallop one! If youโre planning to make a visit soon, check out their ongoing CNY set combo ๐ฅณ

The chefs arenโt stingy when it comes to the ingredients. With a base of Taiwanese pearl rice ๐ the grains are well-separated and each grain is coated with egg ๐ณ We added on the chicken chop which was juicy and tender! Best enjoyed with the homemade chilli ๐ถ๏ธ

Mr. Egg Fried Rice@Clementi West. Delicious fried rice! Very fragrant eggy flavour. Short grain rice was used. Well fried with good bite and aroma. Not salty or oily. Chicken chop was tender and its skin was crispy. Pork chop was tender too. Both were well marinated with some Japanese seasoning. Chilli sauce was tasty and crunchy, not spicy. Quite addictive. Would like to eat again.
some good fried rice found at mr egg fried rice!!! (went to the Ghim moh outlet but canโt find it so tagging the bishan outlet instead) short grain rice tossed in sunny golden egg paired with yummy juicy succulent pork chop!!
