Didn’t know we have smelly Beancurd in Singapore.
The beancurd was deep-fried and the exterior comes with a light crisp with the interior soft and good to go with the sauces.
Though they served Hong Kong Dishes, they still manage to fix my Fermented Beancurd Cravings in Taiwan. If you are craving for Smelly Beancurd, do visit them.
Deep fried sotong coated in their homemade spicy salt and pepper seasoning, which made it super fragrant and tasty. You can’t stop chewy them.
I’m actually surprised with the size of the sliced beef given, they are all consider very big and good texture. You can find many of them in it as well. Overall the wok hey was done pretty good.
A very familiar vegetable dish that most people will order. Their kang kong are stir-fried with homemade sambal shrimp paste. The spicy taste with the veggie was blend together pretty well and much deserve to your meal.
This is a much local inspired dish, with pan-fried roti prata (much like a crepe) stuffed with deep-fried soft shell crab and mayo infused sauce.
Unlike our usual chicken porridge, the Hong Kong style used the steamed chicken bones with its oil in the porridge; giving a much richer taste to the porridge as well.
