Our feast from Milk Fish The other day! This set for two cost $40 and it’s damn worth it, came with 2 soups, grilled fish, appetisers, your choice of carbs and prawn rolls. You bet we were mad full after this 😛

If u like fish soup but don’t want nasties like msg , this place is wonderful . The soup is rich & tasty and has a “clean” taste . Their grilled milkfish is a rarity . Usually u eat it as a breakfast item in Pinoy cuisine , Bangus and garlic fried rice . But here it’s not so salty and grilled to perfection with none of those horrible bones that shock u when u least expected , plus full of collagen . My new fav place for fish soup . That oriental salad ( same standard as DTF one ) and their Ngoh Hiang is really gd too ! Everything just goes so well together n I’m so happy with this hearty meal !

Cold Taro ($4.80)
This was a pretty liquidy taro dessert, which is closer to a taro sago, where you'd find mashed taro bits, instead of an orhnee paste.

Homemade Mochi ($2.20 each)
• Earl grey scented w/ Yam Filling
• Matcha scented w/ Red Bean Filling
• Oolong scented w/ Chocolate Filling

Their housemade Mochis have a slightly thicker skin, and I recalled the lavender taste to overpower the earl grey, although some would enjoy!

Matcha and Oolong wasn't really evident as well, you mostly get the flavour from the fillings.

Radish 'Cai Po' Egg Omelette ($10)
This is a much denser and drier omelette as opposed to fluffy and moist ones, you can try to pair with the chilli provided/ grilled fish sauce for more flavour!
