Meadesmoore

I had a wonderful experience at Meadesmoore for dinner the other day. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the service was exceptional. The Burrata Di Puglise was everything one could want in a starter. The grapes were sweet with a deep, smoky, roasted flavor, while the burrata and fennel were fresh and creamy, helping to balance the strong flavors of the grapes. This dish truly set the tone for the meal.
Next, we had the flat iron steak paired with Bordelaise sauce, Salsa Verde, and salt. The beef was juicy and tender, and the sauces complemented the meat without overpowering it. The mac and cheese exuded a fragrant truffle aroma and flavor, and its texture was perfect, while not being overly strong.
Finally, the light and delicious popcorn dessert was a pleasant finish to the meal. Overall, I highly recommend Meadesmoore as a place to visit if you desire a cosy atmosphere, with great food and service - perfect for a date

Meadesmoore is a beautiful restaurant that has a classy atmosphere and excellent service. From start to end, the dishes were delicious. A great place to bring loved ones for a memorable experience.

This place has the best steak that I have tried in Singapore thus far and the atmosphere was great with very thoughtful and friendly service. This restaurant is great for a couple date and also for cosy group gatherings.

We enjoyed the Puglia burrata to start. Followed by extremely delicious meadesmoore cut which features three different cuts and their signature Mac and cheese as a side. We ended the meal with the popcorn dessert which was light and this was definitely the best way to end this amazing night.

This restaurant is a go-to for a nice date or business meals given its ambience and quality food. We enjoyed a variety of dishes which had different flavour profiles and were thoroughly enjoyable.

First we enjoyed the Puglia Burrata - have to admit that the grapes were the star for me and I was yearning for more.
Next we had to have their famous Mac and cheese which was really yummy and was a substantial portion that was good for sharing for two.
Of course the star is the meadesmoore cut which had three different cuts and it was cooked perfectly!
Finally we ended with the popcorn dessert which was light and perfect to end the meal.

The steak is super juicy and tender that need not much chewing. Love the creative desserts Popcorn 😋

we had the shaved ox tongue and it was marvellously tender, the sourness from pickles and balsamic really matches well together. rump cap was delightful along with black kumato, the richness from the beef and the slight acidity from the tomato is just oof! popcorn for dessert brings us back some childhood memories. just come alreadyyyy!!!
