Breakfast is that kind of meal that for me, if heavy, needs to be timed carefully considering lunch. Finally found a fitting morning to get my hands on the scrambled egg burger from @mcdsg. 💫
Pick either the sausage or the bacon versions. Creamy scrambled eggs that were fluffy and quite generous. The buns could do with a little bit more moisture though and the mayo on the underside isn’t really needed.
