Loved how the Wagyu Steak melts in my mouth; the taste and texture done right for all their steaks.

Newly opened at 7 Dempsey Road is "Lounge 7", which serves exquisite whiskies and premium drinks with Australian grain-fed charcoal grilled steaks from @stirlingsteaks.

And these steaks are good. They're very sweet and juicy, with a tender centre. The owner of Stirling shared with me their secret to how they grilled their steaks (but I can't share it here), and they're grilled slowly using charcoal.

Lounge 7 serves steaks of other cuts, and bar bites as well. But sadly I had dinner before I came here, so I didn't have tummy space for any of these other things..
