Impressed by their chicken waffles, this time I'd ordered their 3P Burger($24). It is amazig how much meat they can squeeze into this burger. There is the 3 P's (Pulled Pork, Pork Belly, Candied Bacon), red cabbage slaw, apple sauce, jalapeƱo aioli and fried onions. There's so much in between the 2 buns that I had a hard time devouring it, not that I'm complaining though šŸ˜ . Definitely my new favourite in this place. šŸ˜‹

Always on the lookout for new dinner spots to impress your date? This flamboyant space on the first floor of M Social Singapore (not to be confused with Studio M Hotel) is the place to bring your beau. The massive pad is decked with lava lamps, chandeliers projecting artworks and even a sprawling wall of 40 iPads displaying visual art pieces specially designed by French icon Philippe Starck — all great as conversation starters. Together with their bold East-meets-West dishes, expect a novel dining experience here. Start with the Simply Scallop ($24) — Hokkaido scallops served carpaccio-style, drizzled with a tangy yuzu and ginger marinade. Then, try the Great Rack of Lamb ($36), where unbelievably tender mutton meat is marinated with oriental spices and served with steamed glutinous rice and Sichuan peppercorn, while the Lobster Porridge ($28), Executive Chef Bryce Li's specialty, is a comforting bowl of Teochew porridge teeming with abalone slices and topped with a lobster. Finish the meal on a high with the Yam Brulee ($10) — a twist on the traditional Teochew dessert topped with coconut ice cream.

The strange ("ooooooo the claaaaaaaw") looking food is Paw Pia Tod ($6.80) which is essentially deep-fried prawn spring rolls served with Thai sweet chilli sauce. Looked hard but surprisingly was very crispy and I liked that it wasn't too oily.

Tom Yum Talay ($12.80) - Tom yum seafood soup, loved the flavours of sweet, tangy spiciness coming together but a little too greasy for me. And kinda spicy by my poor spiciness standards.

Tom Kha Gai ($12.80) - my favorite dish to order in every Thai restaurant cos' I love tomyum but can't take overly spicy food - this is simmered in thick coconut milk broth and chicken without being too heavy on the palate.

Pla Muek Yang ($13.80) - I liked the Thai sweet sauce that came with this beautiful smokey flame-grilled squid. Not so much a fan of its texture, the ones I had were a little dry.

Gai Tod Tom Yum ($8.80) - this tantalizing well marinated deep fried tomyum chicken wings has got to be my favorite starter!! So crispy, yet still tender and juicy.

Had an enjoyable time at this marina-front dining with great food from Gin Khao. Thanks Burpple for the invite!

Classic chicken bowl - grilled chicken with onsen egg, added on grilled zucchini and shitake mushrooms atop a bed of Japanese rice.
Chicken was superbly tender, egg perfectly runny and mixed well with the soft bed of Japanese rice!

Finally made my way down to try this non-conventional dish that lives to it's expectation. A thin layer of beehoon fried to crisp and simmered in the wok hei, not forgetting to find traces of pork lard that gives an additional enhancement.

Supposedly touted as the best in Singapore currently, Antoinette has sold out their version of salted egg croissant on the first day of its launch at its Penhas outlet. At $6.50++ a piece, you will have to expect long queues for dining in and takeaway.

Combining French baking techniques and Asian ingredients in the salted egg mix, what you will get is a flaky crispy crust on the outside and warm velvety salted egg goodness inside. It is now available at all Antoinette outlets.

During lunch hours, Wang Dae Bak is heavily packed! However their service are quick & attentive. We order Rice Cakes, Army Stew, Seafood Pancake, Spicy Tofu Seafood Stew, Pork Ribs Stew, Ginseng Chicken Soup & Spicy Beef Soup! This were food for 7 people! Their banchan (side dishes) are really delicious to start with, especially their fish cakes, egg, mashed potatoes! Refillable of course! šŸ˜‰ Not forgetting they've Febreeze at the counter for you to spray over your clothes due to the food smell.

Famous for their swissrolls, I'm proud to say they've withstood the test of time and still taste as good as what I had when I was a child. It sure brings back memories. $8 per roll.... Worth every penny and best part was there's no queue he he

Great textures on @churro101sg's churros, crispy on the outside with a chewy centre. Both the dark chocolate coated and desiccated coconut ones were delish!!
My standards for my man are pretty up there so, not better than my boyfriend for sure, but immensely satisfying and nevertheless one of the best churros I've had in a long while!

Different from the commonly seen chocolate lava cake, Atmosphere Cafe & Bistro has launched a white chocolate cake version served with Chantilly cream. When you cut into it, molten cheese will start to ooze out... A different experience for this savoury yet sweet dish. Plus it's exclusive at this outlet only!

Not commonly available in cafes, thus when there is I'm always tempted to try it. For people who dislike the bitter coffee, I'll recommend you to try this as the sweet rose syrup will cover the bitterness.

Steaming hot chocolate slowly drizzled over a perfect sphere, melting it away to reveal a molten interior. Perched atop a bed of berries and crumbed cookies to provide a contrast in texture and a light acidity to counter the sweetness. This is #dessert heaven šŸ™ƒ #burpple #brunch #cafehopping #cafehoppingsg #foodspotting #foodporn #foodstamping
