What you are going to enjoy are twenty layers of crêpe that has been slathered with a roasted pecan bits whipping cream finished with a swirl of pecan paste and a surrounding ring of crunchy salty-sweet pecan praline. Earl Grey was the seasonal flavour for the month of September. I would think this was less sweet compared to the pistachio one.

Pistachio is my all time fave!! love the nuttiness and creaminess of it.
