Wait out the crazy KL traffic at this fun Latin American bar-restaurant in Pavilion KL. Burppler Serena Ho suggests starting your meal with the Salsa & Chips (RM15) that comes with fiery chopped jalapenos. To tame the heat, order a glass of Sangria (RM25) or grab a jug (RM75) for the table! Once it’s time to feast, share tasty plates like Pollo Brassa Fajitas (chicken breast strips, RM32), the mouth-watering Pizza Margherita (RM29) and the baked-to-perfection Empanadas (RM28). Ps. Happy hour here sees a buy-2-free-1 margarita promo at only RM70. Go get ’em!

If you like fries, check this out out. It comes with chicken chorizo and caramelised onions. Reminds me poutine because of the onions.
This is RM19.
Snacks to start off with. Love the salsa! It comes with chopped jalapeños. You can’t really see much of it but man, its spicy! Definitely “woke” me up at first bite.
This is RM15.
Here's a bar made for mid-day siestas and late night kickbacks! Along the bar-filled outdoor strip, La Boca emerges as one of our personal favourites for its fun, boisterous vibes fit for a night out with friends. Food wise, order a handful to share — it's the best way to experience their diverse Latino menu. Even if you're not a chicken-wing lover like Burppler Jocelyn Ting, you still shouldn't pass up on the Corcovado Chicken Wings (RM23). The impressive Brazilian-inspired recipe hits the spot with sweet barbecue sauce and a dash of sour cream. For a more wholesome dish to go around, the Beef Fajitas (RM37) comes in a do-it-yourself skillet of sizzling beef steak slices, pico de gallo and salsa with soft tortillas on the side. Tipple with your buddies over the ultimate Mexican beer cocktail: Michelada (RM29), which blends Corona with lime, salt and Worcestershire sauce!

Not many do Latino as well as La Boca, which is why this venue in Pavilion is almost always packed. Among its most noteworthy offerings are the Peruvian Ceviche (RM36), Argentinian Sorrentinos (ravioli, RM36) as well as a plenitude of Mexican fare! The fun, convivial environment in this colourful bar calls for a night out with friends, especially since the food is made for sharing. The Empanadas (RM28) make for a sure-win starter, chock full of tender pulled chicken. Burppler Thomas Liew likens it to a "Spanish version of our Malaysian curry puff", and it comes with a spot-on homemade tomato dip. Also touted a top dish, the dish of Beef Fajitas (RM37) sizzles with superbly marinated steak slices and is served in a portion particularly good for groups. Boasting Brazilian roots, their recipe for Corcovado Chicken Wings (RM23) sees wings coated in sweet barbeque sauce, bolstered by a side of sour cream. Finger-licking good.

La Boca serves some real wicked chicken wings that a non chicken wings fan like me, was blown away. The selling point for this chicken wings is that the BBQ sauce used is not cloyingly sweet to the point that you have to give up even before finishing a plate. The taste hits the right spot that you don't feel like stopping once you have started. It's a good sharing plate if you dine in among a big group but the price (RM 19.90) is slightly pricey considering the portion.
