We tried quite a few of their signature items n everything is decently above average but the star item has to be the Wagyu dumpling 🥟.

Molten dark chocolate, crunchy praline. Love how this isn’t too sweet and there’s so much going in that makes this so good. A must try!

Mango, scallion, crispy rice. Refreshing maki with extremely fresh sashimi that was well marinated in their sauce.

Japanese rice, truffle paste, mushrooms, vegetables. Japanese rice was not too soft and had a good bite to it. Was surprised how well this plate of fried rice was as every grain was filled with the truffle paste.

Enjoyed the chawanmushi filled with so many ingredients and the egg was so smooth! Would order this again

Flat rice, truffle oil, tomato ponzu. This was mind blowing!
Upon first bite the crispness of the rice was so fragrant infused with truffle oil and chicken was so tender. Would order this again.
