Think the mochi dough is quite thick and filling. Would prefer sorbets and ice cream to this.

Really really liked the chewy outer layer. The cookies and cream flavour is not very apparent so don't recommend this. If you're like me and can't bite into ice, recommend to just leave it in your mouth to let it melt!

The mochi store located at the bridge between Bugis Junction & Bugis+.

Always passing by the store but never once had I thought of trying it because I am not a fan of mochi. Little did I know, I have been missing out so much on this!

This is actually Mochi Ice Cream, my favourite flavour is milk(blue). This is really so good, much thanks to people who loves these and recommended me.

They are now having islandwide delivery for a very affordable fee of just $5!

Got these during circuit breaker period. 6 pcs for $12 + $5 delivery. Have tried matcha (i love it), strawberry is cant quite go wrong. The yogurt is refreshing with a tinge of sourness at 1st bite but gradually got used to it.

It's a long time for never tried it since flashbang and artbox singapore (2017). I decided to try it out during cold weather and it's a challenge but yet my sister and I were hunting for frozen yogurt ice cream at convenience store after dinner time at Korea back at 2017. Don't try to eat during cold weather especially sensitive to temperature changes. I didn't know salted caramel was their latest flavour until seeing someone post it online. So I picked three different flavours ($6.20) - Matcha / Peach / Salted Caramel. Its quite hard to taste while defrost the mochi ice cream. I waited for a while to let it melt it first. Matcha is a bit bitter and strong green tea taste, Peach is a sweet taste and remind of chinese new year mood and lastly not list Salted Caramel is a bit sweet but salty aftertaste.

I love the mochi ice cream here. It is basically ice cream coated with a layer of soft chewy mochi and you can choose from a variety of flavours. My favourite is melon and vanilla!

got the matcha, mocha chip and cookies&cream flavours; simple yet so delightfully yummy. each mochi is cut into four pieces after being freshly taken out from the freezer, which enhances the shiok factor of eating it due to the combination of chewy mochi skin and the icy filling contained within. the quality of the ice creams really surprised me though, especially the matcha one - no wonder itโ€™s a premium flavour. the matcha flavour was pronounced and had distinct earthy notes albeit still retaining a floral fragrance. the mocha chip was a simple coffee ice cream with chocolate chips dotted all over to lend a slight sweetness, while the cookies&cream is a crowd pleaser with its characteristic palatable milky flavour. while i donโ€™t feel that itโ€™s a very value-for-money snack, i would definitely have no qualms treating myself to this once in a while.

Second time having this! Tried the flavours mocha, Thai milk tea and cookies and cream (~ 6.20 for 3) would say to give mocha a miss bc i tasted a lil bitter(ish????) for my liking. Really liked cookies and cream though ๐Ÿ˜Œ would say itโ€™s too much for 1 person so good to share amongst a group!

7/10

In clockwise order starting from the top left: Korean Banana Milk, Blueberry, Thai Iced Tea, Matcha, Mango, Taro.

Think soft, doughy mochi molded around small orbs of ice cream, before dusting it off with flour. The mochi shell tends to peel off the ice cream rather quickly as it thaws, but it makes for a nice chewy complement once the ice cream has melted in your mouth ๐Ÿ˜Œ I would say that the flavor of the mochi itself is rather mild, while the ice cream tasted really creamy and velvety ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ My favourite out of all has got to be the thai iced tea flavour, followed by the taro and the korean banana milk ones! ๐Ÿค— The most disappointing of this lot would be the matcha mochi, which only had a subtle hint of green tea taste, despite it being one of the premium flavours (and hence I was expecting more). The blueberry and mango ones were decent, but they were definitely not as rich-tasting as the aforementioned 3 flavours.

While Iโ€™m not the biggest fan of mochi, I really enjoyed these ice cream encapsulated ones, making them a perfect midday sweet treat in our hot and sultry weather ๐Ÿ‘… Really wish they could open more outlets across the island!

p/s. Kane Mochi is stationed at this yearโ€™s Artbox event in Singapore as well, so do keep a lookout for their stall and give these little frozen balls of goodness a try! ๐Ÿ˜‡

Not only are these babies cute, instagramable(the list goes on...), you'll be surprised when u unwillingly put them in your mouth (cuz they r too cute to eat!)
Firstly, the soft skin melts away in your mouth followed by the delicious ice cream that's hidden inside ๐Ÿ˜‹ Definitely perfect for the hot Singapore afternoon!
Tip: Request for the mochi to be cut, so you'll feel there's more to go round ๐Ÿ˜‚ (best consumed immediately if done so)
^Check out my IG: lil.sugarprincess for a more detailed taste report!

Had the Korean banana milk(not bad)
Cookies and cream (doesn't taste that strong)
Milo vanilla(just vanilla coated with Milo powder lol)
And durian(this is legit the durian ice cream is quite strong even before it melts no wonder they sell it at a higher price than even the premium flavours)

Wait a while before eating so that the mochi skin thaws and becomes chewy

3 flavours for $5.90

I donโ€™t really like mochi but the ones filled with ice cream tastes surprisingly good.

Chosen flavours are lychee, melon and Korean banana milk.

Flavours: Pistachio almond/ Jasmine/ Blueberry/ Melon/ Banana milk/ Thai milk tea

The cheery colours of the mochi did manage to perk the mood of the eater!

Something light that i would recommend if ones need to satisfy their sweet tooth without being feeling too stuffed or bloated after eating.

Ordered matcha, taro and pistachio almond flavour. Taro tasted quite normal, just like those ice cream waffles on the street.. Love the matcha n pistachio almond. Matcha flavour was quite intense. People with sensitive teeth please do wait awhile before putting the mochi into your mouth, quite hard as they just took it out fresh from the fridge!

Strongly recommend the milk flavour amongst all. Wouldn't recommend the yoghurt flavour...doesn't go well with the mochi. Also should wait for about 1 minute before consuming as icecream would be rock hard.

Cut and served with a variety of toppings, Kane Mochiโ€™s Kane Sundae is a great way to savour the mochi ice creams on the go (if like me, you enjoy snacking while window shopping). Topped with a generous cloud of whipped cream (original or salted caramel) and drizzled with chocolate sauce, the treat is pretty good for a hot afternoon like today. Also a good sharing size for two, you can pick three mochi flavours to go on your crispy waffle bowl.

How could anyone resist such cute little faces? ๐Ÿ˜
