Ingleside truly delivers an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff made us feel welcome, ensuring impeccable service throughout the meal.

We started with the fresh oysters, which were deliciously briny and incredibly fresh. The tuna tartare tartlette was another standout – a perfect balance of flavors that left us wanting more. The Hokkaido scallops were sweet, tender, and buttery, with a subtle umami depth that elevated every bite.

For the main course, the 50-day dry-aged wagyu was simply outstanding. Cooked to perfection, it was rich, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth amazing – a true highlight of the evening.

With great food and top-notch service, Ingleside is a place we’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommended!

Dining at Ingleside was an unforgettable experience. The open kitchen added a warm, intimate touch, allowing us to see the passion behind every dish.

We started with the Sourdough Bread and Maitake & Pork—the pork cheek was incredibly tender, paired beautifully with the crispy kale and miso glaze. For mains, the Venison Tenderloin and Tajima Wagyu Picanha were cooked to perfection, with the venison’s tart pickled blackberry and the wagyu’s sweet banana shallot standing out.

Dessert was just as impressive. The Honey & Yoghurt featured creamy Greek yoghurt ice cream and a Pistachio Sponge that was delightfully unique. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared with bold, balanced flavors.

Ingleside is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates inventive fine dining and an intimate atmosphere!

Came here with my partner on a quiet weekday night and the food here was amazing. The staff’s were very attentive and put in lots of efforts to explain the menu and share a brief background about their food added a personal and welcoming touch. The warm and cozy setting made it an ideal spot for those seeking a quiet and relaxing space, perfect for a delightful evening. Their methods of fermentation, dry aging and cooking over the wood fire was amazing.

The sourdough bread with seasonal fermented butter was a perfect starter to our meal. The bread was well-toasted, with a crusty exterior, while the fermented butter’s tangy richness complemented the sourdough very well.

The maitake & pork was an amazing combination of textures and flavors. The pork was very tender and incredibly savory, while the crispy kale added a delightful crunch. The shio koji sauce provided an umami flavor that tied the dish together wonderfully.

The venison tenderloin was another highlight, as it was perfectly cooked and tender pairing beautifully with the sweet and creamy squash puree. The tart pickled blackberry and crispy broccolini added contrast, while the black olive dust and lacto-fermented blueberry bordelaise brought unexpected layers of complexity and intrigue.

The Wagyu picanha was super meaty and indulgent. The shio koji marinade enhanced the wagyu’s rich flavor, while the slow-roasted banana shallot added a subtle sweetness that complemented the meat’s tenderness.

The honey & yoghurt dessert was a refreshing and creative conclusion to the meal. The home made Greek yoghurt ice cream was luxuriously creamy, balanced by the airy pistachio sponge and strawberries. The olive oil snow and lacto-fermented strawberry honey added unique and surprising flavors, making the dessert a memorable finale.

Highly recommended for those who are looking for a relaxed dining experience and I am looking forward to returning to explore more of their incredible menu!

I went to Ingleside for their lunch set and had such a great time.

For the entree, I started with the heirloom tomatoes. They combined fresh and fermented tomatoes with smoky stracciatelle, and it was so light, flavorful, and really well-balanced.

For my main, I went with the wagyu picanha. The beef was super tender and just melted in my mouth. They really nailed the flavors on this one.

To wrap things up, I had their yogurt with honey for dessert. The honey is fermented in-house, and it added this incredible depth to the creamy yogurt. It was such a simple but memorable way to end the meal.

Overall, Ingleside’s lunch set is a win. The food feels so thoughtful and fresh.

I had a delightful dining experience at Ingleside - they had different cooking methods and it’s lovely how the server will share about its preparation and ingredients upon serving each dish. The charred asparagus with smoked salmon was a refreshing start, with the smokiness perfectly complementing the tender asparagus. The smoked chicken leg was fall-off-the-bone tender, with a rich, velvety smoke flavor. Ending with the smoked chocolate brownie was pure bliss - the subtle smokiness elevated the deep, dark chocolate to new heights. Each dish showcased expert smoking techniques and bold flavors. Will definitely come back for more!

Service here is exceptional! We were served cold towels as soon as we were seated and offered the menu.

Ordered the lunch set ($48++) and picked the oyster and mushrooms and the chicken leg.

The oyster and mushrooms really whet my appetite with the umami wood fired mushrooms paired with the delicious oyster emulsion. I wiped up every last bit of sauce.

The chicken leg was juicy, crispy and perfectly seasoned (but somehow tasted like bacon!).
