Not easy to find hae bee hiam pasta in Singapore and Indulge is one of them who have this on the menu.
They have since expanded into a few neighbourhood but I gotten my order from their Thomson outlet.
The pasta was spicy when it mixed with the hae bee and chilli. Strip loin steak and tender and juicy, easy to chew as well.
The chicken chop was really tender because of the cut of chicken used (thigh). Together with the pasta aglio olio, it made for a hearty meal.
Ordered an extra serving of pasta for this and they really heaped it on!! Unfortunately, the cajun chicken was thin and dry and did not quite work with the (also dry) aglio olio pasta.
Love it 😍😍😍😍😍so savory and yummy with the truffle mushroom taste to it ! a dish i always order!
My first ever post goes out to the humble little eatery by the street of the popular Upper Thomson Road, where all the good food are. This shop parks itself at the back of a cornered kopitiam and with its affordable prices for pastas and dons and not to mention its variety, it drawns me in to give it a try. It’s been my to-go lunch ever since, even when it’s a bus away from my workplace. It’s worth the distance! With just $7.20, you get an aromatic pasta, a really good portion for its price, and the smell of garlic and truffles that just makes you wanna dive in quickly!

Grilled salmon soba bowl ($8)
Grilled salmon was very generous in portion. However, the fish had a muddy taste and it was quite dry, should be frozen fish. The soba was warm when it came and I liked it when mixed with the onsen egg. The topping of cheese popcorn was weird and I just ate it off first.
