1) 1x Premium Pork Loin
2) 1x Pork Fillet
3) 2X prawn

Listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand Guide

Imakatsu is one of the better Tonkatsu shops in SG, almost as good as Katsukura that I had at Kyoto.

The Premium Loin is the must have here, it was fattier than the pork fillet. Thus it was more tender and more shiok.

The Pork Fillet was good too, but after eating the Premium Loin, the Pork Fillet felt dry liao.

A nice light flavour here, nothing too strong nor overwhelming but neither was it mind blowing. A very normal bowl of katsu don with two huge crispy breaded prawns. Highly recommend just going for the tonkotsu here for their premium pork loin!

One of my favorite tonkatsu places! Love the free flow cabbage that you can eat with every bite of the rice. The premium pork loin was really tender, while breaded and fried til very crispy. The miso sauce gave a nice peppery and savoury taste to it. Highly recommend!!

One of the joys of eating tonkatsu. A bit too raw this time. I love the sesame dressing.

The flagship cut at this tonkatsu chain. Prices here are quite steep, but heck lah, eat once eat best. I've always preferred loin for its fat. What makes this premium is it's even richer than usual loin. And that surprisingly tipped me over because I found it too jelak. The meat might be more tender, but it wasn't properly cooked anyway. With that said, the accompaniments all tasted quite premium lah. Per tradition, rice and cabbage are refillable.
