Mala Special Noodle. The noodles came with roasted pork, sausage and char siew. The egg was an additional item.
Noodles were a little on the soft side. Taste wise it was ok, had a slight numbness from the sauce. Roasted pork was ok. The skin was crispy. The sausages were soft and not bad. Char siew had a good char but was on the fatty side and could be more flavourful. Eggs were normal.
Overall not too bad.
Ordered via Grab as I had a promo code to use. The siobak skin was still crispy and tasty. Char siew was a bit burnt at the ends and salty. Duck was tender and i love the skin! Not sure if I will eat it again though.
You get to choose(from duck as well). Please ask for chicken drumstick explicitly if you want it deboned. The picture shows and I asked for it to be deboned. They gave me chicken breast and said "didn't u say you want it deboned?" Come on lah chicken breast need to debone what dey
Ckn was q smooth, even though it's breast. Char siew was the sweet and dark kind, w a good char around. Siobak was underwhelming, the ratio of fats to lean meat was v good but the meat was rather chewy and there's only a bit of crisipiness

Ordered this via delivery. That’s a good portion of 500g. Crackling was still slightly crunchy. This portion had too much fat vs meat though (in my opinion). Overall, still good, especially at a reasonably priced deal.
A pretty decent plate of soya sauce chicken with egg at only $2.60!
It has a nice steamed cabbage taste but there's too much umami for such a thin soup. u know what that means >
