Happy World Roast (Empress Road Market & Food Centre)

Super Crispy crust, super tender pork belly, & super flavourful, makes your eyes roll! Best ever for me!

The char siew and roasted pork were really much better than usual hawker fare. Char siew was fat and tender, some of my pieces could be considered near to being ‘melt in your mouth’. Roasted pork had crispy crackling skin. However for 2 portions of this plus hubby ordered an extra chicken cutlet, it was priced at around 12 so basically about 6 for each set. The bean curd skin was the one that had the most generous serving! May not queue again if the queue is long.

Out for some meal at the hawker centre before the new measurement kicks in next week.

Was here in the later afternoon unfortunately left this only so decided to just go ahead ordering it.

Probably it has been very late so the crispy chicken turned soggy. I would come back in future to try their roasted meat. $3.50
