taste like dark chocolate fudge cake ($4.50). But then I felt that the cake was quite dry aftertaste and not that moist. But the chocolate was quite bitter and not that sweet taste tbh. The cake name is email address lmao :") but the it's quite vintage name tbh in the current trend.
I saw post that they decided to remove old burger from the menu on end oct :"( and good thing that I have tried crispy pork burger before they announced. It's kinda sad for people who didn't really time to try their burger previously at beauty world food centre. which i was one of them because it was really quite far for me to travel over for food tbh. I really like their unique and special burger creations that they derive out from. I'm glad that they really need to change the menu since they still use it at beauty world till now (sam leong rd). I decided to try fish burger ($9) instead as a final burger because I didn't really eat beef or spicy based burger. I like the way they serve burger in hot and warm style as it's like freshly made from the grill. I didn't like it when the oil from the fish leaked it off from the burger and the paper just giveaway. Overall experience, the fish and vegetables got strong grilled taste but then got a bit of slightly "fishy" taste. I decided to order hand-cut fries ($5 under burger set) again since not much sides left at this month since they cleared old stocks to make way for new menu.
Tortilla chips loaded with mayo, pulled pork, melted cheese and topped with spring onions. It's a little spicy, crunchy, extremely cheesy and perfect to go with a pint (BEER) 》$9.50
Sandwiched between two soft pillowy buns are slices of thick cut and tender pork belly with crispy crackling skin, accompanied by slices of crunchy Japanese cucumber then finished off with hoisin sauce and English mustard 》$9.50
Aside from Hambaobao’s Asian-inspired burgers, there are also locally-brewed craft beers from Lil’s Taproom to go with your meal.
I had the salted lime gose which was a refreshing, light and zesty gose with lime citrus notes. Sour with a good hit of lime.
It's quite near mrt and required for 10 - 15 mins walking distance from farrer park mrt. Used to locate at beauty world food centre but no chance to try it out that time. Finally tried their burger ($9.50) but its quite interesting sauce that they use on the burger. But I felt that the mustard and jap sauce bringing out different taste for crispy pork belly. I felt that their crispy pork belly burger is slightly dry tbh but still crunchy and crispy on the skin and meat. They give off sufficient piece for crispy pork belly and just grateful for this. Hand-Cut Fries ($3.90) got a bit overcooked tbh as I noticed some of them got char and burnt off. Really want to try their other burger flavour next time with my friend.
