Arroz con pollo means "rice with chicken" in Spanish. Here we have grilled chicken sitting on a bed of Mexican rice topped with onion, bell pepper and capers. The marinated grilled chicken was tender and flavourful. The rice is done almost similar to a risotto texture and packed with flavours and the use of capers added hints of tangy and lemony flavours to the dish.

Elote is grilled corn on the cob slathered with mayonnaise and garnished with chili powder and fresh lime juice sprinkled all over with salty Cotija cheese and cilantro.
It tastes sweet, savoury, tangy and spicy all at once. The mayo becomes more like a creamy sauce, absorbing the flavour of the chili powder, cotija cheese and lime juice. It's tangy without overpowering the corn. The combination of sweet and slightly charred corn with the spicy sauce was good. This is a little messy to eat but worth every bite.

This was off the menu but available to order. They have a choice of beef / chicken / pork which we chose to go with the chicken quesadilla. It was basically curry chicken with gooey melted cheese wrapped in tortilla then served with 3 different types of sauce. Nothing special and normal but it is also something that will not go wrong if you are craving for some Mexican food.

I'm in a relationship with food. Why can't we just declare our never ending love and vows towards some food item? I'm sure that would not result in divorces.
