I've always liked that here you can upgrade your white rice to fried rice or chicken rice. But this visit wasn't great. I ordered the priciest dish but it was lame. It's called prawn balls but they're just prawns.

Is been awhile since my last time coming to this area for food. GLC gotten my attention recently, after seeing some article regarding their salted egg chicken dice rice.
They are a Halal tze char place, but also popular for many people working nearby with its individual set rice that comes with egg.
This particularly very popular as well. Comes with generous portion of chicken dice, cooked with salted egg sauce. I do enjoy their salted egg sauce with a hint of spicy, as they added some chilli in it as well. $5.80
Nonsense. It wouldn't even pass as teh, let alone teh tarik.
Known by several names but mean a beehoon that's pan-fried into something like a pancake, which this obviously isn't. However, it's not bad, especially the apparent wok hei. Its simplicity also doesn't kill it.
The Prawn Hokkien Mee - There were pieces of sotong, sliced fish cake, and prawns in the mix.
