3.5 munchies: I'd love the baked mussels stuffed with crab meat and spicy shrimp to be more juicy and have more sweetness. The dish was texturally quite yummy when topped with garlic, melted mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs that gave it some crunch.

4 munchies: Crispy fried chicken that is tender and moist on the inside. I recommend a mug of ice cold Sapporo beer to go along with it.

Having Black Pork Loin off the grill. 200g of juicy tender black pork, served with baked potato and side vegetables. The in-house barbecue sauce is tasty! Wanted to eat All-Day Breakfast at first, but since I'm here I gotta try the one of the signature menu. 🐷

What’s the secret behind smooth and clear aftertaste? “Pouring beer in one action” is their way of enhancing the taste of beer. Sapporo beer has a strict temperature and time control; kept in a chiller at 2℃ for at least 24 hours. It is to make sure that the beer is settled down when it is poured. Through this process, the gas will have a smooth and clear aftertaste as the sharp bitterness are trapped in the foam, sealing the aromatic flavor of the beer 🍺

Good thick layer of sugar.. But watery custard.. And I found my mint for my Moscow mule ... Not a nice creme brûlée. #burpple #foodporn
