Probably a local izakaya. By that I mean it's run by locals and has no Japanese involvement. Interesting dish. It's curated like Western cuisine, but sando is Japanese. And the sando uses deep-fried seaweed and rice instead of bread. My fiancée pointed out the fish tasted cheap, but overall I'm quite pleased.

Probably a local izakaya. By that I mean it's run by locals and has no Japanese involvement. This is an interesting and cheap dish. Large slab of tamago stuffed with a little rice (that's why "sushi"), topped with mentaiko and ikura.

Serving seasonal Omakase, as well as an extensive array of sashimi, tempura & yakitori, @gizakayasg puts their heart and soul in every dish that they present. To ensure quality and freshness, their seafood is air-flown twice a week!

All in all, each course features a diversity of flavour and fresh ingredients to keep us excited throughout the omakase meal. The main highlight was of course savouring sushi after sushi and eventually a hotate + uni hand roll of pure bliss!
