The char siew claypot rice is good. Ebi fried rice is mediocre. Perhaps it’s understaffed at the moment so it’s quite hard to get a hold of them when ordering and footing the bill.
Strong truffle fragrance😌. The prawns were fried perfectly, crispy on the outside while the prawn meat remains soft. There is a really good infusion of truffle into this dish. It would be better if the prawns were fresher!
The chicken was served with a lid on. When the waiter removed the lid, a cloud of smoke was revealed, with a hint of pu-er fragrance.
The skin was crisp and has the smoked taste to it. The pu-er taste/fragrance was very mild. The chicken meat was really tender and has a light honey taste to it.
Pretty tasty and has a unique taste to it. There were chunks of fresh prawns and fish meat in it. I personally prefer their poached rice over the noodles.
