The pork chop is thin so it really works here when you don't have too much bread

Tender pork belly. The seasoning is abit weak but the overall taste profile is slightly different from the normal simple soy sauce kind.

Still not authentic but good enough in this local scene

The pork was decent and very generous, but it's weird that the lurou is freshly cooked and only avail at 11am or sth but this was avail as soon as they open ;)
As such it wasn't the most tender

The highlight was the sour veg tho, it's quite spicy and very flavourful
