Was craving for Japanese souffle pancake and we went Flipper's for it. Got the original set at $16.80++ and like everything that comes with it

Hailing from Omotesando, Tokyo, Japan, @flippers.jp is well known for their fluffy soufflΓ© pancakes π₯β€οΈ, but I was pleasantly surprised that they serve a pretty good cuppa coffee too!
Despite it being several months into the Tiger Year π―π, I certainly didn't mind this mega kawaii cutie served up on my cuppa Mocha at @flippers.singapore ! π₯°ββ€οΈβ€οΈ

When I saw that @flippers.singapore had launched their seasonal special π³ππππ & πͺππππ πͺπππππ π²πππππ π·ππππππππ₯ ($20.80), I knew I had to have these in my tummy pronto!
Although this flavour seems more apt for summer than spring, I really did enjoy the fluffy pancakes (with 2 forks, of course!) served with tangy πππ’π€π£ πΎπ€π£πππ©π, πππ’π€π£ πΎπͺπ§π, a scoop of πππ£ππ‘π‘π πππ πΎπ§πππ’ π and a dash of savoury πΎπ§πππ’ πΎππππ¨π π§.

My only gripe is that the pancakes seemed exceptionally smaller than usual, leaving a lot of empty space on the plate, and I think a slightly more generous amount of πΎπ§πππ’ πΎππππ¨π π§ would have elevated the flavours much more.

Seasonal limited Sakura pancakes are petite and yummy! Comes with strawberries, mochi and ice cream too. Happily drizzled Sakura Strawberry Jam for the extra sweetness. Really enjoyed the sweet treat! Sakura matcha tasted confusing though, I suggest ordering other beverage
