Non alcoholic, it's a good enough rendition but very expensive although portion is somewhat big. Better to share

Prosciutto, cheese sauce, pistachio powder probably?

The cheese sauce was good. The crunchy crust was strong, but it's at the expense of having too much bite. The dough was overall alright

Prosciutto was ok, overall it's a pretty decent pizza even if slightly unusual

Very avg, and cold

This pizza makes for a wholesome meal as you have protein, veg, carbs and calcium all in one. The tomato-based pizza is topped with parma ham, tomato, rocket salad and creamy burrata. The thin pizza had a crispy and chewy crust, and the medley of flavours were light, fresh, bright and absolutely delicious.

A simple yet elegant appetizer. The angus beef was sliced to a nice paper thin thickness and it was tender and rich, pairing well with the rockets, shaved Parmigiano cheese and lemon dressing.

Impepata di Cozze e Vongole 1.5/5
Risotto alle Capesante e Carciofi 3/5
Bolognese Penne 1.5/5

We ordered medium and it was cooked beautifully. Look at that nice pink shade😍 The meat was chewy, but there was slightly too much fat around the corner (maybe we ordered the wrong part idk) The mushrooms and potatoes underneath blended well together. The potatoes were soft and melt in your mouth, while the mushrooms were chewy.

Thin crust pizza and well toasted. The pizza may be too thin, causing the items to fall apart if eating with hand. I suggest using fork and knife to enjoy everything together. Other than that, all ingredients blends well together, was able to eat the whole pizza without feeling jelakπŸ˜‹

Etna is a super great italian restaurant and it is not super pricey as well!! Staffs were great and super patient explaining their favourites and recommendations! Would definitely go back again!

It’s the chef’s weekend special. Thinly sliced swordfish carpaccio topped with avocado and tomato salsa . Very delectable!

Restaurant with good ambience for small group gathering or date, serving good italian food like pasta, pizza and antipasti. The burrata was πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» Had the risotto set lunch which comes with soup and dessert and was very value for money.

It consists of Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, Italian truffle paste and homemade pork sausage 🀀

A modern take on the classic Italian dish of carbonara pasta.
.
This features medium thin spaghetti pasta noodles, done with an al-dente bite, in a rich cream and black pepper gravy.
.
Garnished with crispy pork bacon, smoky caviar, and briny mullet roe, each bite has intense salty savoury creamy spicy flavour.
.
Good kick to the palate, but a little overwhelming for me. Portion size could have been more substantial too.

Also known as Blancmange, this features a wobbly soft, sweet milk pudding dessert.
.
Here, it's flavoured with almonds, sprinkled with meringue crumble, shaved almonds, blueberries, and strawberries, then covered with a white chocolate dome, and served.
.
At the table, warm dark chocolate is poured over the dome, causing it to melt away into a mess, revealing the dessert underneath.
.
Lovely chocolatey milky fruity sweet flavours in each mouthful. This is sure to invoke a sense of awe when served.

For a restaurant that had been at duxton for years, it certainly does keep patrons coming. Pictured slow cooked red snapper in tomato base saice/thick soup. Dont be deceived by its looks, it tasted light, with a tangy tomato taste, the capsicum totally compliment the dish. Fish is soo tender and fresh! Yumz

The semolina pasta, mushroom in truffle cream sauce. Id never had a liking for cream pasta, this was ordered by colleague. The cream was a TAD tooo creamy for one to finish it all, unless you had a extreme love for cream.

We went with the waiter's suggestion to go with a customized platter, it came with beautiful cuts of seabass, snapper with crispy skin & grilled peppers with zucchinis. There were mussels, squids and clams too! Loved the variety on the plate!
