Their cheesecake was defo gooey and creamy in the middle, and best part was the ends weren't dry/ overbaked, which I loved! Pretty fragrant too and if you're a fan of Basque Burnt Cheesecake, give it a try while the promo is still on!

Their paella indeed had strong prawn broth flavours, which would be great for fans. The squid was cooked just right and totally not chewy at all. Be careful when you have the fish though coz there were quite a bit of bones in it!
They also have Chicken Paella if you're interested!

Their churros are made long and thin, exactly like those in Spain. Churros were freshly fried, not greasy, and crispy on the outside! You get to pair with some milk chocolate cream, although I'd personally prefer hot chocolate (that's rich and thick) to complete the full experience! (They're also probably looking into introducing hot chocolate ;))

Who would have imagined authentic Spanish food in a food court in Tampines Mall? You can find @eduardos.spanishplace at @kawankawansg, and it was interesting to find out that Chef Eduardo came from Barcelona, Spain, and worked in Michelin Star restaurants in Singapore before opening up this store!

Spanish Omelette ($5/ slice, $35 whole omelette)
Loved how the omelette was so thick, yet well-cooked and so flavourful! It was also not greasy and the potatos within added good flavour too!
