chose to ask for no tomatoes, so note that it would be included in the platter! was delicious and the brussels sprouts were cooked to absolute perfection.
not pictured: mocha, mentaiko tater tots, assorted bread
mentaiko tater tots were standard, though there was rather little sauce which made it a little plain nearing the end. the mocha definitely provided the caffeine kick! the bread selection is vast and unique as well, so do give them a try too!

🐱 - Smoked Duck Focaccia:
The sourdough bread and picked onions are on the mostly sour side, but thankfully they do not overpower the sweetness of the duck. The pickled onions really opened up the palette. Yes the bread contains oil but at least it’s not too greasy. As much as I love the flavourful duck, it’s a tad too dry (???) mainly cos it’s served in chunks. I wished the duck meat is thinly sliced instead of just chunks. Overall not bad for a focaccia.

🐱 - Pesto Mushroom Focaccia:
The buttery and garlicky flavours slightly overpowered the sourdough taste, but nevertheless the toppings do not disappoint. As usual the sourdough bread is doughy, well-baked with no raw dough anywhere. Lots of mushrooms means lots of umami, and even the pesto levels up the taste. If anything this is better than the smoked duck focaccia. 100/10 here.

🐱 - Kouign Amann:
Flaky, crunchy, sweet, delicious. $5 per pop isn’t necessarily cheap but at least it fills your tummy even for a small snack. Enough said.

🍵 - Blackcurrant Peanut Chocolate Mochi Roll ($6):
reminded me of peanut butter grape stripe jam lol hmmm like in atas way but it taste like this? I managed to taste blackcurrant, peanut and mochi taste but chocolate was not much (covered up by other ingredients). The cream for blackcurrant is quite thick, moist texture and complemented well with the roll. The mochi was really chewy and fresh made from stratch (that's why it made me so full and not that hungry).

Had a lovely brunch at @dough.coffee !

Visited this place on a sunday afternoon and didnt expect it to be still so crowded! (Do note they do not accept reservations, so only walk in) But the queue was still manageable, we managed to get air con seats in just about 15mins wait time.

Tried out the following bakes:

Blackcurrant Peanut Chocolate mochi roll ($6): This caught my attention because it was super unique! But sorry it doesnt look pretty here as I dropped it on the tray while trying to take it out opps. This was like a cinnamon bun, but with chocolate fillings, and topped with blackcurrant jam! There is also mochi in the middle of the roll! But somehow , the flavours did not really come together.

Guava strawberry keffir lime danish ($6): I quite like this! The citrusy combination was good! And guava danish is so rare! Recommend to try this!

Hazelnut banana danish ($5): There was natural sweetness from the bananas and crunchy texture from the crushed hazelnut!

Besides pastries, they also have cooked food and a wide range of drinks! There is no GST or service charge here. Will be back to visit this place again!

The Signature Ice Latte ($8) is pretty pricey but I really like how smooth and creamy this is, with a layer of fragrance from the cinnamon.
