Donburi King is a Japanese restaurant in nex popular for their rice bowl topped with overflowing ingredients.
If you love fresh seafood then you would like this, as it comes with tuna and salmon in one combo.
You may use the additional plate to eat, if you find the bowl having too many things on it.
Give a 5-star review on Google and you will get this dish free. Well... Honestly, a good marketing tactic. Even if they do not have this campaign, I will still give them full score for food and service cause it really pleasant to dine in there.
The King then invited me to a chilly slurpy meet-up with the Fresh Royal Oyster family from Canada. Golden sassy lemon wedges and zesty savoury sauce were given as gifts by the King. It was a happy occasion for the Oysters.
After that, the King ordered everyone to come and squeeze together for a group photo. You can see Swordfish, Salmon, Red Tuna, Octopus, Minced Tuna, Tobiko and other garnishes packed and stacked together trying to fit into the frame. Of course, the King and I were on the top so we have much freedom to move around.π€£
One... Two... Chiiiiiii-rashi!πΈ And Brother Tamago clumsily fell to the side for the candid shot. Each Don comes with a bowl of miso soup.
Next up, spent time with the King, watching a flaming performance from the Seared Red Prawn tribe, Salmon clan, Swordfish dance and Fish Roe Mayo Gang. The show was spectacularly tasty and creamy. Brother Tamago was hiding at the corner caused the flame scared him. Each Don comes with a bowl of miso soup.
Swam with the King to catch some fresh bouncey Prawn, silky Salmon, delicate Red Tuna, tender Swordfish, slippery Scallop and a hunt of umami Ikura. Every cut were thick, fatty and succulent like the body of the rich King.π€ I like how the pearl rice wasn't just ordinary plain but rather it was mixed with jewelish seasoning to give a more decorative tasting profile. Brother Tamago was there too. Each Don comes with a bowl of miso soup.
