Honestly, very delicious spices that is really rub in well, before sending the chicken in the oven to bake. And the end result would be this very tender, moist, juicy chicken, that have a good side of mango sauce or a tad spicy salsa. Served on top of a bed of couscous and green, this is good for one, better when you share cause you get to order other sides.

Each platter comes with 6 tacos filled with Beef, Chicken, Prawn, Pulled Pork, Fish and Veggie. Loved the tasty Prawn one the most - as it would make you say tortil-YASSSS!

These Howling Wings from @coyote_sg are made them - one of the spiciest Chillis in the world!! You even need to sign a waiver before eating 😱

Personally can't really take spicy stuff, but still took a bit of the sauce to try out of curiosity. I can only tell you the effect of the chili is so so numbing, even milk can't help you!! Think you are up for the challenge? Go down to Coyote to try out the Scorpion ($28)! This is the fifth and highest level! There is other levels for you to try - Habanero(🌶🌶🌶🌶), Chipotle(🌶🌶🌶), Jalapeño(🌶🌶) and Tequila(🌶)!

3.5 munchies: Shaped like a volcano erupting with cherry tomatoes, pulled pork and the usual fixings – cheese sauce, mixed cheeses, cilantro, olives, jalapeño, and capsicums. The crispy tortilla chips are then generously topped with guacamole and sour cream. Staying true to Tex-Mex traditions, the explosion of sharp flavours and oozy goodness of American cheese in this Volcano Nachos is perfect for any sort of gathering in the quaint setting of Phoenix Park.

A mountain full of tortilla chips with pulled pork, jalapeño, capsicum, olives and cheese sauce then covered with sour cream and guacamole. This is a dangerous dish to leave in front of me as it's so simple yet addictive.
