Al dente spaghetti cooked in homemade pesto which was not too overpowering. Kinda oily but it fits well the dish. Comes with yummy mussel, tender prawn and chewy calamari in it.

The Ang Moh Porridge. Starchy short grain rice simmered in flavoured broth to give its sticky creamy texture. Onion, button mushroom, portobello, oyster mushroom, truffle oil in creamy parmesan sauce. Rice was firm yet soft at the same time. Truffle taste was a bit light.

Here, we find ourselves dining at Cosmo which is the only restaurant here open plus the Clubhouse was closed due to Covid.

Truffle Risotto($16)🤩
