The Ang Moh Porridge. Starchy short grain rice simmered in flavoured broth to give its sticky creamy texture. Onion, button mushroom, portobello, oyster mushroom, truffle oil in creamy parmesan sauce. Rice was firm yet soft at the same time. Truffle taste was a bit light.
