Truffle Risotto($16)🤩
The Ang Moh Porridge. Starchy short grain rice simmered in flavoured broth to give its sticky creamy texture. Onion, button mushroom, portobello, oyster mushroom, truffle oil in creamy parmesan sauce. Rice was firm yet soft at the same time. Truffle taste was a bit light.
Seafood Pesto Pasta($14)👌
Al dente spaghetti cooked in homemade pesto which was not too overpowering. Kinda oily but it fits well the dish. Comes with yummy mussel, tender prawn and chewy calamari in it.
Creamy Salmon Penne Florentine($12)😍
Decent. Penne pasta cooked in savoury cream sauce with hints of garlic and dill taste. Tasty salmon and baby spinach to beautify the dish.
Regina 12" Pizza($14)😋
Slightly char thin crust pizza with tomato sauce as based then decorated with chicken ham, button mushroom and black olive with oregano and mozaralla melts within. Medium cheesy with a tang from olive.
